PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supplement supply device and its supply system, which restore the original physical balance of a user and are suitable for continuous maintenance of health and more enhancement of health. SOLUTION: The supplement supply device comprises a liquid/air supplement part filled with a liquid or powder supplement as a nutrition supplement, a controller part connected to the liquid/air supplement part to adjust the supplement flow, and a blow-out part or inhalation means connected to the controller part to directly blow out the liquid/air supplement.
