PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high damping gel derived by grafting elastomers with polypropylene and extending. SOLUTION: A gel or polymer composition contains 100 pts.wt. of a graft copolymer composition formed by the reaction of an organic diamine grafting agent with a maleate functional group on an elastomeric block-containing block copolymer and with a maleate functional group on polypropylene, and at least 30 pts.wt. of an extender oil or a low molecular weight organic component.
