METHOD FOR PRODUCING ARTISTIC DECORATIVE ARTICLES IN THE FORM OF PANELS (VARIANTS)

The invention relates to method for producing artistic decorative panels. The inventive method consists in applying a drawing on a plate made of a transparent material, in removing some of the material in such a way that a groove is formed along the drawing outline and in filling said groove with transparent varnish. A mirror coating is applied to the back side of the plate and the plate is illuminated from the opposite end faces thereof. The invention makes it possible to enhance the brightness and contrasting effect of the decorative panel.
