<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for smoothly performing payroll calculation and other processing. <P>SOLUTION: A payroll calculation server device 2 is arranged to an information network 1, and a payroll database 3 is connected to the payroll calculation server device 2. The information network 1 is connected to terminal devices 4 of a plurality of enterprises, and a time recorder 5 is connected to each of the enterprise terminals 4. In this way, attendance data are registered in the payroll database 3 of the payroll calculation server device 2 through the information network 1. The payroll calculation server device 2 is provided with a data collection software 6A, a payroll calculation software 6B, and the like, and computed result by the payroll calculation software 6B is transmitted to the enterprise terminals 4 for outputting pay statements 7. The data of the computed result can be transmitted to a financial institution 8.
