<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out photographing under the same condition as that of a medical image stored in a storage medium. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic medical chart terminal reads out a medical image stored in a medium (Step S1) and extracts photographing conditions or the like from supplementary information of the read medical image (Step S4). Order information is then generated using the extracted photographing conditions or the like and is transmitted to a modality (Step S5).
