<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device capable of preventing an adhesive for supporting an electromechanical conversion element in a holder from flowing out to the moving area of a body to be driven on a driving shaft. <P>SOLUTION: In the drive device 1, a flange member 20 fit to the driving shaft 6 in a liquid-tight state is positioned between the moving area MR of an engaging part 2a on the driving shaft 6 and one end of a piezoelectric element 4. Accordingly, the silicone adhesive for supporting the piezoelectric element 4 in the holder 3 from the side with respect to a reference line FL is prevented from flowing out to the moving area MR on the driving shaft 6 while regarding the flange member 20 as a barrier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
