<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, while the height of a treatment chair is lowered when turning a patient to a laid state and performing treatment from the back of the patient, an elevating/lowering device is projected to the rear side of a base in this case, the place for the feet of an operator is reduced for that and it becomes difficult to perform dental treatment. <P>SOLUTION: The dental treatment chair comprises the base 15, a contour seat 12 supporting a backrest 11 so as to be raised and brought down, and an elevating/lowering mechanism 16 connecting the base 15 and the contour seat 12 and moving the contour seat up and down in the vertical direction at the upper part of the base. The elevating/lowering mechanism 16 comprises a parallel link mechanism, and the parallel link mechanism 16 is attached so as to be displaced in a direction perpendicular to the direction of a straight line connecting the backrest 11 and the contour seat 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
