PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bead ring for vulcanization capable of improving performance of a pneumatic tire, uniformity in particular and decreasing a scrap, and a tire vulcanizer having the bead ring for vulcanization. SOLUTION: The bead ring 7 (bead ring for vulcanization) mounted on the tire vulcanizer 1 vulcanizing and shaping an unvulcanized tire 11 is characterized by including a rotatable member 15 which is rotatably mounted at a position of a bead part 11C of the unvulcanized tire 11 (a bead seat forming position 7A) where a bead seat part 11a is formed, and is divided into a plurality of parts in a circumferential direction of the ring.
