PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board capable of suppressing EMI radiation. SOLUTION: The printed circuit board includes: an integrated circuit 300 which is disposed on a surface of one of a top layer and a bottom layer and is provided with a clock pin 300a for outputting a clock signal and a first ground pin 300b; and an RC filter 310 including a resistor 320 and one capacitor 330 in order to eliminate high frequency components of the clock signal. One end of the capacitor 330 is connected to the resistor 320 by wiring, and a second ground pin 330a at the other end of the capacitor 330 is disposed to face the first ground pin 300b, and the capacitor 330 is disposed between wiring and the first ground pin 300b, and no wiring is formed on a ground fill in a current return path directly connecting the second ground pin 330a to the first ground pin 300b, and the capacitor 330 is disposed on the same layer as the integrated circuit 300, out of the top layer and the bottom layer.
