PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring control apparatus improved in convenience for setting of monitoring or operation. SOLUTION: Based on attribute information indicating a degree of urgency and a range of disclosure added to each node of goods ontology, location ontology and task ontology, the apparatus selects a notification means and a notification destination for an external terminal according to the goods indicated by a request text composed of a natural sentence, the location for placing the goods and the contents of monitoring operation, and notifies the external terminal which is the notification destination, of the result of execution of monitoring operation, using the notification means.
