PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger for a cellular phone, which can be carried by a user and can transmit data previously stored by a service provider to a cellular phone. SOLUTION: The charger for the cellular phone 1 comprises: a power storage section 102 for storing electric power; a storage section 103 for storing data; an output connector section 11 for supplying power to a cellular phone 3 and transmitting the data to the cellular phone 3; a power storage section control means 101a for supplying power to the cellular phone 3; and a storage section control means 101b for transmitting the data to the cellular phone 3.
