PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system facilitating the registration of image information. SOLUTION: The information management system which manages information regarding communication destinations includes a generating means of generating a correction image G2 having entry fields ES1 to ES3 made to correspond to specified areas in a source image, an output means of outputting an input sheet SA having the correction image G2, a recognizing means of recognizing character information entered into the entry fields ES1 to ES3 of the input sheet SA, an extracting means of extracting a communication destination corresponding to the character information entered into the entry fields ES1 to ES3 by retrieval from list information containing information regarding a plurality of the communication destinations, and a registration control means of registering the extracted communication destination and a partial image corresponding to the specified areas by making associate with each other.
