PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide growth hormone-releasing factor (GRF) peptide derivatives that have extended in vivo half life for promoting the endogenous production or release of growth hormone in humans and animals. SOLUTION: The invention relates to growth hormone-releasing factor derivatives. The growth hormone releasing factor derivative includes peptides having growth hormone producing activity or growth hormone releasing activity; and includes reactive entity bonded to the peptide.
