PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel-form composition containing an associative polymer, giving fresh feeling in use without sticking and resistant to sebum and sweat when coating is formed on the skin, in an associative thickener introduced with a small amount of silicone groups as hydrophobic groups in a water-soluble polymer. SOLUTION: The gel-form composition comprises following (I), (II) and (III): (I) a triblock polymer having a structure B-C-A-C-B in 0.1-5 mass% [wherein A represents a polyethylene glycol residue having 10,000-35,000 average molecular weight; B represents a silicone residue having a dimethyl chain expressed by chemical formula (1) (c=5-70); C represents a reactive residue which the silicone residue B had and/or a hexamethylene diisocyanate residue, an ethylene glycol glycidyl ether residue or an adipic acid residue as a binding agent], (II) an oil in 0.1-25 mass% and (III) water.
