CARBON NANOTUBE DISPERSION LIQUID, ITS PRODUCTION PROCESS AND ITS USE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CNT dispersion liquid in which CNT is stably dispersed and which is producible in a short period of time with ease and forming a thin film of carbon nanotube, its production process and its applications. SOLUTION: A metal complex in which molecules having a plane structure are coordinated with metal ions is used as a solubilizing agent. An organic solvent is added to a pulverized mixture of the solubilizing agent and carbon nanotubes. The metal complex interacts with the carbon nanotubes and stably disperses the carbon nanotubes in the organic solvent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
