PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breather device for an internal combustion engine capable of mounting the breather device provided with a breather pump on a motorcycle. SOLUTION: The internal combustion engine 50 is provided with a crank case 51 forming a part of the internal combustion engine 50 and arranged on a vehicle 10, a cylinder block 52 arranged with roughly inclined forward to a vehicle front side of the crank case 51, a transmission part 57 arranged in rear of the cylinder block 52 in the crank case 51, and a breather device 70 including a breather pump 71 discharging blow-by gas in the internal combustion engine 50.
