PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which carries out a new technique of game that allows the sharing of the results of games among game machines. SOLUTION: The game machine is provided with a memory means for storing point values that can be generated from information for identifying game machines allotted per game machine and the result of games, a data conversion means for converting input sounds to data from electric signals output from a microphone to convert the input sounds to an electric signal, a waveform determination means which determines whether the specified waveform pattern is contained in the waveforms of the input sounds from the data generated by the data conversion means and a point value addition means which adds the point values specified from the data generated to those represented by the point value data stored in the memory means if the game machine identifying information specified by the data generated is in a prescribed relationship with that stored in the memory means, when the determination is given that the specified waveform pattern is contained in the waveforms of the input sounds.
