PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device which achieves good working efficiency. SOLUTION: The cutting device 10 has a cutter 140 for cutting a workpiece 30, a belt conveyor 20, and a charging means 50 for applying a charge to a belt 23 of the belt conveyor.
