A deposit processing method using a recordable account for recording transaction details related to accounting of an online shop, and a system and a recording medium thereof are provided to automatically process accounting related to profit of the online shop. A PG(Payment Gateway) server(730) processes payment of an online shop and transmits expected deposit information for a payment amount corresponding to the payment through the network. A recordable account server(700) receives the expected deposit information from the PG server by each deposit path, generates expected deposit detail assigning a serial number to the expected deposit number, and stores the expected deposit detail to transaction detail linked with a recordable account ledger by linking with a financial system. |
