A carbon filter of a water purifier is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost of the carbon filter by reducing the amount of carbon corresponding to the volume of a baffle plate. A carbon filter comprises a housing(110), an inlet, an outlet, carbon(104), and a baffle structure(120). The housing forms an external appearance of the carbon filter. The inlet is positioned on one side of the housing to flow raw water to be purified into the housing through the inlet. The outlet is positioned on the other side of the housing correspondingly to the inlet to discharge purified raw water from the housing through the outlet. The carbon is filled in the housing. The baffle structure consists of a shaft(121) and a plurality of baffle layers(122). The shaft is positioned in the longitudinal direction of the housing in an inner central part of the housing. The baffle layers extend in a direction perpendicular to the shaft from the shaft in a state that the baffle layers are spaced from one another at predetermined intervals.
