DIAGNOSTIC OF DISEASE USING THE RAMAN SPECTROMETER

A disease diagnosis using raman spectrometer is provided to prevent damage of a sample by not increasing temperature of the sample although a light is irradiated on the sample for a long time. A light of a raman device is irradiated on a measuring part in order to diagnose disease with X rays, CT(Computer Tomography), MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging), PET(Positron Emission Tomography), and ultrasonic wave. A detector detects a light scattered from the measuring part. A detected light is supplied to a raman spectrometer. The disease is determined by comparing a detected signal with normal cell. A LED is used as a light source of the raman spectrometer.
