An apparatus for preventing erroneous insertion of parts, an image forming apparatus having the same, a developer cartridge having the same and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent parts from being wrongly inserted when maintaining an office automatic apparatus having a plurality of parts which is detachable. An apparatus for preventing erroneous insertion of parts comprises a part receiving confirmation member(30a~30c), a removable part of a part display member, and the part display members. The part receiving confirmation members are prepared in different locations of part mounting units. The removable part of a part display member are in the parts mounted on the part mounting units. And the removable part of the part display member is divided by a plurality of sections. The part display members are connected in the removable part by predetermined combination to have a connecting structure corresponding to a location of each part receiving confirmation member. Each part receiving confirmation members comprises a protrusion rib formed in a part mounting direction. The part display members comprise pin members connected to each removable part of the part display member to form a rib groove receiving the protrusion rib.
