A water ionizer having a chlorine removing function is provided to produce acidic water in a state that is most suitable for the skin care by completely eliminating chlorine contained in acidic water, thereby maximizing inherent characteristics of the acidic water. In a water ionizer converting raw water into acidic water and alkaline water to extract the acidic water and alkaline water by an acidic water extraction part(120) and an alkaline water extraction part(130) respectively, a water ionizer having a chlorine removing function comprises a chlorine removing filter part(150) installed in the acidic water extraction part to remove chlorine contained in the acidic water. The water ionizer having the chlorine removing function comprises the chlorine removing filter part installed in the alkaline water extraction part to remove chlorine contained in the alkaline water.
