A mobile telecommunication device and a method of display a data using the same are provided to display, transmit and store a widget by interworking with an application. A storage unit(160) stores an application program and the display setting information of a widget which is associated with the application program. A controller(180) controls the application driving and the widget display method according to the setting information stored at the storage unit. A display module(151) displays a widget according to a control signal from the controller, and the widget is provided in frame through the wireless internet. The setting information includes the information regarding to popup time and popup location of the widget.
