PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of processing for acquiring position information on a communication partner when extracting the communication partner who instructs recording of a broadcast program according to information on the broadcast program to be recorded and the position of the communication partner.

SOLUTION: When a CPU 11 extracts the communication partner who instructs the recording of the broadcast program from a plurality of communication partners stored in an address book storage unit AD, the CPU acquires extracts the communication partner from an address book based upon the program information and communication partner information in the address book to acquire position information thereof.
