PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To investigate specifications necessary for software development in details by making it possible to obtain the whole analytical result from local analytical results.

SOLUTION: A diaphragm creation part 10a registers a device diaphragm expressing relation among devices composing an integrated system and a process diaphragm expressing relation among processes in a storage part 11 and adds an exceptional phenomenon to each process. An analytical function part 10b executes top-down analysis for extracting an exceptional condition which is a cause of the exceptional phenomenon of each process from the exceptional phenomenon to generate a fault scenario fraction which is local causal relation between the exceptional phenomenon and the exception condition, and then executes bottom-up analysis for tracing a phenomenon to be generated due to a phenomenon included in the fault scenario fraction from the phenomenon to connect fault scenario factions and generate a fault scenario of the whole integrated system.
