<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus integrated with control and measurement functions while a volatilized liquid occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A volatilized liquid generator 220 includes a material 221 defining a flow path or a path 223 leading a liquid or a vapor to a first open terminal 225 and an electric power source 229 to apply voltage to the material 221. As the results, the electric current in the material heats the flow path 223 up to a sufficient temperature required to evaporate the liquid material in the flow path, diffuse the volatilized material outward from the open terminal 225 of the flow path 223, and mix with outside air to form aerosol, if necessary.
