<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physiologically active composition comprising a plurality of components originating from herbal medicines, and exhibiting various physiological activity. <P>SOLUTION: The composition consists of β-glucan and one or two or more kind of amino acids selected from the group consisting of arginine, leucine, valine, alanine, glycine, proline, glutamic acid, serine, threonin and aspartic acid.
