<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmissivity of an electromagnetic wave such as a light beam in an optical element. <P>SOLUTION: An optical element 1 is provided with a first conductive member 10, first aperture part 13 opened at the surface 122 and the back 142 of the first conductive member 10, and a first center side groove part 12a provided at the surface 122 of the first conductive member 10 concentrically centering the first aperture part 13, then, the first aperture part 13 has a surface side aperture part 13a of diameter d1 which receives electromagnetic wave and is opened at the surface 122, and a back side aperture part 13b of diameter d2 which is opened at the back 142, when wavelength of the electromagnetic wave is assumed to λ, d2<d1 and d2<λ are concluded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
