<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration detecting device of a fuel cell capable of identifying a deteriorated cell by detecting deterioration of the fuel cell in its early stages. <P>SOLUTION: The deterioration detecting device of the fuel cell which is composed of by stacking two or more cells each having a membrane electrode assembly and generates electric power by supplying reaction gas to a reaction gas passage installed on the surface of each cell has a deterioration detecting means (30) which is installed in the reaction gas passage and reacts when the amount of decomposition products generating in at least a part of the membrane electrode assembly exceeds the prescribed amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
