PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide concrete used for repairing a cross section of a concrete structure, which has flesh performances (flowability, filling property and pressure-feeding property) and gives a hardened body having performances (strength, Young's modulus, shrinking property and adhesion with a base material); and to provide a construction method for repairing a cross section of a concrete structure using the concrete. SOLUTION: The concrete for repairing a cross section comprises a coarse aggregate having particle diameters of >5 to 15 mm, wherein the weight ratio of a cement composition to the coarse aggregate is 1.9-2.4. The concrete can be applied in the construction method for repairing a concrete structure, comprising chipping off the deteriorated part of the cross section of the concrete structure, then installing a frame mold around the chipped-off section, and filling the concrete into the installed frame mold.
