PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a charger to be arranged between two power accumulating parts in a vehicle body of a motor-driven vehicle, even when a width between the two power accumulating parts is small, and to effectively make the most of a space on a lower side of the charger. SOLUTION: The motor-driven vehicle includes a front mounted battery pack 32 and a rear mounted battery pack 34 to be power accumulating parts arranged on a floor panel 60 constituting a lower side of the vehicle body, and the charger 58. The rear mounted battery pack 34 is arranged in substantially parallel with the front mounted battery pack 32 with a space in the horizontal direction. The charger 58 is capable of charging to at least one of each of the battery packs 32 and 34 from an external AC power supply, is arranged between both of the battery packs 32 and 34, and has a lowest surface 108 located on upper sides of lowest surfaces 104 and 106 of both of the battery packs 32 and 34.
