PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device for easily selecting information satisfying the liking or will of a user from among pieces of information on many shops and installations. SOLUTION: In a car navigation device 1 for performing route guidance for a movable body, a plurality of symbols by which individual characteristics are severally characterized are displayed on a display panel 2. In the case where any of the plurality of displayed symbols is selected, sightseeing information related to the individual characteristics of the selected symbol is selected from a sightseeing facility database 31 to display the selected sightseeing information on the display panel 2.
