摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an electro-optical device capable of suppressing irregularities in emitting characteristics; an electronic apparatus equipped with the same; and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: An organic EL device 11 has a glass substrate, a circuit-device layer, a light-emitting element layer, and a negative electrode. The light-emitting element layer consists of a function layer formed on a pixel electrode 32, and a bank 34 partitioning the function layer. The bank 34 has a first bank 41 and a second bank. Further, the bank 34 is formed in a track having emitting regions 12 with different aspect ratios and regions of circular arcs 44 formed at the short side of the emitting region 12. The second bank has a first portion 42a and a second portion 42b, and has a relatively lower liquid repellency in the first portion 42a than that in the second portion 42b.
