PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely notify reception of an E-mail to a driver even when the E-mail is received while the driver is driving a car. SOLUTION: The hand-free communication apparatus 1 is loaded to a car to actualize hands-free communication of a cellular phone 2. A wireless part 1a wireless-communicates with the cellular phone 2. A storing unit 1e stores a list of telephone numbers transmitted from the cellular phone 2 through wireless communication. A control unit 1d restricts, when the cellular phone 2 has received an E-mail, transmission of a message indicating reception of the E-mail based on the data in the list of telephone number stored in the storing unit 1e.
