PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To slowly change-over the amplitudes of a plurality of electrical signals. SOLUTION: A plurality of main amplifiers AMP amplify input audio signals Sin with adjustable gain. A first selector SEL1 selects any one of the input audio signals Sin. An auxiliary amplifier AMPaux receives the output of the first selector SEL1 and amplifies it with adjustable gain. A second selector receives (n) outputs from the main amplifiers AMP and selects any one among them. A soft switching circuit SS1 receives the output of the second selector SEL2 to a first input terminal 20, receives the output of the auxiliary amplifier AMPaux to a second input terminal 22, and makes the output slowly transit, from one input terminal to the other input terminal. An output switch SWo is arranged for every main amplifier AMP, receives the output of the corresponding main amplifier AMP to a first input terminal 30, receives the output S1 of the soft switching circuit SS1 to a second input terminal 32, and selects and outputs either of them.
