PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein an apparatus for providing information parameters cannot be searched easily, since the apparatus does not always respond to a signal for searching the apparatus. SOLUTION: If a signal for searching a provision apparatus of information parameters is transmitted, an apparatus other than the provision apparatus decreases the frequency for responding to the search signal, but the provision apparatus increases the frequency for responding to the search signal.
