PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device which suppresses an exciting inrush current sufficiently, which is light in weight on a movable part side, which has a simple structure, and accordingly which enables to downsize the whole device further than a conventional one. SOLUTION: Input resistor means are electrically connected in parallel with the main switch X to connect/disconnect a power-feeding electric path. In this input resistor means, an input resistor 8 for exciting inrush current suppression and an input resistor switch Y to connect/disconnect this input resistor 8 are electrically connected in series, the input resistor switch Y equipped with an input resistor fixed contactor 9 and an input resistor movable contactor 11b which is axially supported in free rocking, and in and out of contact with the iinput resistor fixed contactor 9. The input resistor 8 has an outer columnar ceramic resistive body, and this input resistor 8 is installed on the input resistor fixed contactor 9 side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
