PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner composed of small particles which excels in a cleaning property, a transferring property and charge uniformity, a method of manufacturing the toner, a two-component developer, a developing device, and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The toner contains a binder resin and a colorant, and the outline of a projected image in which the external shape is projected on a plane surface has one or more and three or less bending points. Consequently the toner has a non-spherical external shape, and therefore it is caught easily by a cleaning blade.
