A wireless terminal (100) stores a handover threshold value in association with application being executed, in the case where the communication quality of the application is judged deteriorated. The threshold value is obtained based on wireless state information to be applied when a communication quality is judged deteriorated. Furthermore, the wireless terminal (100) stores a quantity of the wireless state information fluctuated while handover is being executed, in association with a wireless communication system. The wireless terminal (100) executes handover to other wireless communication system, based on the wireless state information and the stored handover threshold value and fluctuation value. |
