An explosion-proof material includes a high-porosity sheet material (11). The explosion-proof material is obtained by winding the high-porosity sheet material (11), taking its one side (12) as an axis, along a direction vertical to this side (12) to form a multi-layer material body (1), and inserting a skeleton (13) among the multi-layer high-porosity sheet material (11) of the material body (1) to fix and support the material body (1). A preparation method of the explosion-proof material includes: cutting a roll-like flat raw material to form a grid-like half-finished product material at first; then stretching outward gradually both sides of the grid-like half-finished product material to a honeycomb web to form a high-porosity sheet material (11); and then winding the high-porosity sheet material (11), taking its one side (12) as an axis, along a direction vertical to this side (12); finally in the winding process, inserting a skeleton (13) among the high-porosity sheet material (11), cutting off the high-porosity sheet material (11) to form the multi-layer explosion-proof material. |
