The seal has a set of sealing elements (1, 2) each with a main sealing lip (7) and a retainer. Two sealing elements are designed in an identical manner and have an approximately equal outer diameter. Each sealing element has a radial outer ring part (4) whose free front sides face each other. The ring parts pointing in same direction are provided with elastically deformable profiles (6), and the sealing elements with its ring part lies at an inner side of a housing.
