The mat has an actuator (7) formed on an upper side, so that an electrical contact is directly or indirectly released by movement of respective key heads, where the mat is formed of a rubber material. An opening is opened by pressurization of the associated key heads in a moving direction of the test head. The actuator includes an annular pressure surface (9) that is assigned for releasing the electrical contact. Each recess (11) is arranged on the annular pressure surface. An independent claim is also included for a keyboard block including a keyboard module.
