A low-cholesterol brewed beverage dispenser (1600) includes a high-pressure brewing area (1606), a low-pressure area (1614), and a filter (1604). The low-pressure area (1614) is positioned to receive the brewed beverage from the high-pressure brewing area (1606). The pressure in the low-pressure area (1614) is relatively lower than the pressure in the high- pressure brewing area (1606). The Filter (1604) is positioned in the low-pressure area (1614). The filter (1604) is configured to remove at least some high-cholesterol oils from the brewed beverage.
