<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy one-way rotation driving device stopping movement of a pedal when feet or hands are separated from the pedal, traveling forward by inertia, eliminating friction between a driving mechanism and a wheel (output shaft) and automatically releasing connection of the driving mechanism and the wheel. <P>SOLUTION: This one-way rotation driving device is provided with a one-way clutch to transmit driving force only when the output shaft is connected to a driving wheel 13 of a wheelchair and an input shaft is driven in a forward traveling direction of the wheelchair, a string member 35 at least partially wound on an outer peripheral side of the input shaft of the one-way clutch, traction means 32 and 33 for towing one end side in relation to a central part of the string member 35 in a direction away from the input shaft, and a suppression means 36 for suppressing the towing direction. By the traction of the traction means 32 and 33 and suppression of the suppression means 36, the input shaft is rotated and driven in one-way. When tractive force becomes zero, also frictional resistance of the input shaft becomes zero, and thereby transmission of driving force is automatically released. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
