<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot control intravascular tissue injection system which performs diagnostic treatment procedures of especially stopping invasion to the minimum regarding a control system utilizing a robot like a remote robot surgery system. <P>SOLUTION: A robot catheter system has a controller equipped with a master input device and an instrument operating device 16 which communicates with the controller. A slender flexible guide instrument 18 is operationally connected with the instrument operating device 16.
