FAILURE MONITORING SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC CONTRACT MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the failure monitoring system of an automatic contract machine for preventing any contract chance with a customer who has visited an automatic contract machine from being lost when any failure is generated by reducing the load of a reception terminal due to the reception of failure information.

SOLUTION: This failure monitoring system of an automatic contact machine 1 is provided with: the automatic contract machine 1 connected through a line to a plurality of reception terminals 2 installed in a remote center for enabling an operator guide a customer according to an instruction from the reception terminal 2 in order to execute contract transaction with the customer; a reception server 3 for performing connection processing in order to execute transaction between the reception terminal 2 and the automatic contract machine 1; and a monitoring terminal 4 for monitoring the failure information of the automatic contract machine 1. In accordance with the failure content of a certain automatic contract machine 1 or the operation load of the reception terminal 2 accompanied by its connection with the automatic contract machine 1, the notification destinations of the failure content are distributed by the reception server 3, and transaction by the other automatic contact machine 1 or the reception terminal 2 is continued.
