EASILY BREAK-OPENABLE CONTAINER WITH CAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a weakened portion of an easily break-openable container made of polyester resin from being erroneously broken before opening of a seal part even if the weakened portion is made weak as much as possible and its sealed portion is easily opened and an opening of a container body after opening of the seal can be positively sealed again.

SOLUTION: A cap 5 covering either a sealed member 3 or a weakened portion 4 under a non-contacted condition in respect to the easily break-openable container 1 made of polyester resin is removably fitted to a container body 2 in such a way that the cap is threadably fitted to a threading means 25 of a container body 2 under a condition in which they are covered and at the same time a threading means 53 threadably engaged with the container body 2 is formed at a skirt part 52 of the cap 5 near its lower end under a condition in which either the sealed member 3 or the weakened portion 4 is covered with it. A breakable dividing part 54 for use in dividing the skirt part 52 in an upward or downward direction is formed over the threading means and a re-sealing threadably fitting means 55 threadably fitted to the container body 2 is formed over the dividing part 54 under a condition in which the opening of the container body 2 after the sealed member 3 is removed.
