PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easily video recording. SOLUTION: An EPG data acquiring section 52 acquires EPG data, and an EPG data display control section 53 displays an EPG on the basis of the EPG data. A video recording reservation section 54 generates reservation data including a video recording finish time for finishing video recording of a program on the basis of user's operation for the EPG, thereby performing video recording reservation of the program. In this case, if a distribution finish time at which the distribution of a target program to be video-recorded can be acquired, the video recording reservation section 54 sets the distribution finish time as a video recording finish time, and if the distribution finish time of the target program is not acquired, the video recording reservation section 54 sets a time elapsed by a predetermined prediction time from the distribution start time at which the distribution of the target program starts as a video recording finish time.
