PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure improvement of operability in connection work and thereafter ensure high rigidity of a movable block. SOLUTION: An objective lens drive unit 8 is provided with a fixed block 10, a movable block 11 having an objective lens 29 and a lens holder 28 and operated in a focusing direction and tracking direction with respect to the fixed block, a plurality of support springs 26, 26, ... connecting the fixed block with the movable block, a magnetic circuit 60 for focus adjustment, and a magnetic circuit 70 for tracking adjustment. The lens holder is integrally formed of a first resin 30 and a second resin 31 positioned inside the first resin except a portion. The portion of the second resin exposed to the surface of the first resin is plated to form a conductive part 35 having a predetermined connection pattern.
